The Andromeda is being chased by bounty hunters. Dylan suspects there is a traitor onboard as the bounty hunters find the Andromeda almost immediately no matter where she slipstreams.
The episode where:
Harper discovers that Rhade CAN read.
Rhade has some nasty suggestions for Beka: Eject her out of an airlock or kill her.
He also finds out he has never met the real Beka.
Beka finally says: "Aya, aye, Captain Hunt!" to Dylan.
