There's a contract on bounty hunter Jersey Bellini(Michael Dudikoff). By accident, he foiled a robbery masterminded by minor league crime boss Peter Carlos(Steve). Peter Carlos is looking to advance in the mob, and it's very important to him to show his bosses that he can execute a plan - but somehow, Bellini always eludes the asassins.
